Junior Launch is an online platform that connects junior developers with companies and recruiters. Core features include candidate and company profiles, search and filtering, bookmarking, and contact workflows. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the applicable digital consent age in your location) to use the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. Company accounts may be subject to manual approval. If you act on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
You may upload content such as CVs, profile images, descriptions, job posts, and messages (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your content. You grant Junior Launch a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display your User Content solely to operate and provide the platform. You confirm you have all necessary rights and that your content does not infringe third-party rights. You can delete your content or close your account at any time (see Termination).
You agree not to engage in: spam or unsolicited messages; phishing or unlawful activities; scraping or automated data collection without permission; attempting to access data, accounts, or systems without authorization; uploading illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringing content. We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action.
Unless otherwise stated, the site’s content and software (including logos, visuals, text, and code) are the property of Junior Launch or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent.
The platform may include links or integrations to third-party websites and services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features (including for maintenance or security) at any time. While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific outcomes (e.g., hiring).
Candidate access is currently free. If we introduce paid features or subscriptions, we will present applicable terms, pricing, and billing conditions before purchase. Any paid offerings will be governed by additional terms provided at checkout.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly set out in these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Junior Launch shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, opportunities, or data arising from or related to your use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Junior Launch from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your User Content or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, cause risk, or are subject to legal obligations. You may terminate your account at any time via settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your access ceases and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vienna (Austria), unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
Personal data processing and cookie usage are described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. You can manage or withdraw cookie choices at any time via the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the site or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
